Here is how I can help. In my opinion, the Banks have set up processes that are designed to humiliate you, frustrate you and beat you down. They make so incredibly hard to succeed in getting a modification or a short sale. But that does not stop me! Before I was a Realtor I worked in Investment Operations and Investment Compliance. I understand how these organizations work and the processes that they have in place. I don’t get deterred, I don't get upset, I just keep pushing until I get results. I am persistent as the day is long. With me things don’t get too personal or too tough or too tedious. It is this kind of stick-to-it-ness that is needed to achieve a successful modification or short sale. One of my colleagues has labeled it Bellerific.
